Moorings - $270 per month, $9/day
As a retired cruiser, I know how uneasy you may be to tie up to a mooring - you never know what's down there. These moorings are massive in construction. Check out the pictures. They weigh 5000 pounds each and have ship's hawsers for pennants. With your boat on one of these moorings, it's not going anywhere. We keep an eye on your boat so you can be confident it's well protected. Also includes use of the dinghy dock, water, DirectTV in the restaurant/Bar, book exchange, wireless internet, and shore-side bath facilities.
Dinghy dock - $100 per month
Feel free to use your own hook. The dinghy dock fee includes water, DirectTV in the restaurant/Bar, wireless internet, and the best hot showers in Latin America.
Water
City water is available at the dinghy dock. This water is fine for cooking and cleaning, but buy bottled water for drinking. We'll deliver purified water directly to your boat for $1.75/20liters.
Laundry
We will pick-up your dirty laundry and deliver it clean. We charge $.35/pound which includes soap, bleach (if you want it) and fabric softener.
Pilot Fee
The fee for pilots has been established by the Port Captain, and you'll pay the pilot directly. For a single boat entering, the fee is $30. For two boats it's $25, and for three or more it's $20/boat.
Propane
We'll arrange to fill your tank here. $6 per tank up to 20lb, $8 if larger.
Yacht Services
We offer the following services to cruisers that leave their boat in our care.
Bottom cleaning: $1/ft-LOD
Boat washing: $20 with fresh water.
Boat watching: $5/week. We'll go aboard every week, air it out, run your engine or genset, check the bilge and batteries as well as check you mooring pennant for chafe.
